The company has its roots in Israel, back in 2002, when the first Ribas jewelry was founded in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a new member to join our team.

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. This executive role is ideal for a visionary leader with exceptional financial acumen, strong business insight, and a proven track record of guiding companies through growth, transformation, and performance optimization.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Head of Finance will oversee the financial health of the organization, drive financial planning, implement best-in-class financial systems, and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements—particularly in the Real Estate, Production, and Retail sectors.

JobOfferPage.Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy to support long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Provide clear and actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making and business planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements, particularly across the Real Estate, Production, and Retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Lead and inspire the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize financial systems, controls, and processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Partner with business units to evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic growth projects.
  • Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

JobOfferPage.Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading finance functions within medium to large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial modeling, and corporate governance.
  • Proven experience in the Real Estate, Production, and Retail industries.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to transparency and ethical standards.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
